To all that may benefit – Recently my husband received a job transfer from California to Florida. After a search of the gulf coast, we decided to re-locate in the Sarasota area. Five stars for Ashley Parr. My wife Karen and I purchased a condo in Lakewood Ranch approximately four years ago. Our intention was that our son would live in the condo while attending nearby LECOM college of pharmacy and then after his graduation we would use it as a winter retreat in our retirement. The good news is that our son Kyle did graduate and is now a Dr. of Pharmacy …the bad news is that pharmacy school cost so much that we will not be able to retire for a few more years and decided to sell. The agent that assisted us in the purchase of our condo four years ago is no longer working in real estate and because we don’t live in the area, we didn’t really know where to turn. Although I was receiving numerous emails and direct mail solicitations from local realtors, I just didn’t feel comfortable doing business that way. Then my son called one day to tell me that a real estate agent came to the door and introduced herself. He was impressed and eventually, so was I. Ashley and her associates were efficient, professional and communicated often and well. From establishing the sale price, to negotiating the sale, I felt like we were always on the same page. I had a very positive experience with House Match last month. I wanted to sell 2 rental properties. I initially contacted them on a Monday, met with Rachel to discuss sales price etc. on Tuesday, Signed sales contract and they took pictures on Wednesday, went live on MLS Thursday, first showing on Friday, signed contracts on both properties on Monday. Both properties sold for asking price and closed within 30 days. On one of the properties the buyer backed out at the last minuet. Some rush rush document signing and we had a new contract the following day. The property still closed within 30 days. Rachel and Sarah were there to answer any question or deal with any issue immediately. My experience with House Match was phenomenal! I have bought and sold many properties and this was by far the easiest, smoothest process that I have experienced yet.... 6 stars!!
